Lisa D. Mayo, CPA, is a licensed certified public accountant in Georgia and Tennessee and has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in tax and compliance services to clients across a wide range of industries.

With over 30 years’ experience in business leadership, training, coaching, marketing, business development and senior level sales, Chris has held roles that span Fortune 50 and entrepreneurial companies. He has led sales and marketing teams, developed product launches and successfully executed go-to-market strategies for early-stage companies. Chris’ strengths are implementing strategy through process improvement, coaching and leadership. He is a process-driven strategic thinker who excels at sorting through clutter to see the big picture and then simplify complexity. He applies his innovative thinking to find new possibilities and opportunities.
Sarah is responsible for corporate finance and the acquisition due diligence process for the SGP USA business segments. Prior to joining the team, Sarah helped a multi-location religious organization manage finances and other business needs. Sarah responded to an ad placed on a community website, and after meeting the team she decided to join BJM’s original branch. A series of successes and subsequent promotions elevated her to CFO of BJM Group, and most recently Group Chief Financial Officer of SGP USA.
Neal joined Bach, James, Mansour & Company (now BJM Duluth) in 1980, and became a principal in 1986. His work experience includes accounting, auditing, business and individual taxes, and business and financial consulting. Neal also has extensive experience working with community associations and real estate entities.
Neal partnered with Simon Robinson to form BJM Group. As CEO, Neal is responsible for acquiring and growing the network of accounting firms, investing in those successful brands and improving results while maintaining local roots.
I’ve always been uncomfortable with these biographies that are just a long list of achievements in one’s career. If you do see one like that about me, there’s a good chance it was written by someone else.
I am where I am because of 30 years of hard work, learning from my mistakes (which there are many, sooooo many). Most importantly of all, I learned a long time ago that success is based on the ability to surround yourself with good, exceptional, gifted people. I’ve done that here with my fellow members of SGP USA.
Director and Monty Python alum Terry Gilliam, when asked how does he get the vision in his mind on the screen, answered, “I don’t, I get good talented people to do it for me”.
